Quality and Safety

The Management System of TAP M&E is based on a process approach framework and a continuous improvement (PDCA) cycle, fully compliant with ICAO Annex 19 (Safety Management), EASA (Quality, Safety and Compliance), IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) and EN 9110:2018.
 
TAP M&E has been one of the first MROs in the world to fully implement, since 2011, a Safety Management System (SMS) in all its processes and activities, leading the way in many fronts and cooperating with its Interested Parties in the Promotion of Safety.
