Technical training is the guarantee and constitutes de cornerstone of the high quality of our performance.

Our trainers, beyond transmitting to the trainees the necessary technical knowledge, enhance their professional values: psychological and behavioural aspects go side by side with technical know-how and skills, aiming at promoting in each work area the adherence to the distinctive brand of TAP Maintenance & Engineering. With an open mind to new methods we train our workers both for the enrichment of their specific professional skills and for the enhancement of their motivation and adherence to the company values. Aircraft and other technical training represent over 85% of total training time.
