To enable the enrichment and renewal of their staff, TAP M&E is promoting, since 1987, ab initio technical training for young candidates to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT).

Each ab initio training action has the duration of 18 months, of which 12 are spent on the classroom or simulated practice and 6 months are on the job training, totalling around 2400 training hours.

In the 15 courses that we provided so far, we've qualified/created/prepared 650 AMT in electric-mechanical and electro-avionics.
